On-Site Techs began part time for me in 2001. Building upon a Computer Science major and various computer certifications, I eventually started working for the larger tech companies. I saw how the big tech companies were only in it for the money and did not care about what was best for the customer. In my view the large tech companies were not only mistreating customers, they were hurting themselves. Good customer service pays off for both the business and the consumer.
In 2002 I began working part time on my own and eventually On-Site Techs was formed (2005). Around that time my wife Jenny and I were married and started a family. We are a family business and we still continue to believe in good customer service. Every day we strive to out perform the bigger tech companies and provide great customer service.
